Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, and refunds work for your Syberland subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

New members may start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends.

2. Recurring billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at $12.99 (plus any applicable taxes) until you cancel. Each charge is billed in advance for the upcoming period.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime: sign in, open your account, choose "Manage subscription", and cancel through the secure billing portal. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current paid period, and you will not be charged again.

4. Refunds

Because subscriptions are billed in advance and you can cancel at any time, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods already paid. We may issue refunds at our discretion, for example for accidental or duplicate charges. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
